We provide custom automotive services including but not limited to vinyl wraps, paint protection film (PPF), window tinting, and detailing. As these are labor-based and tailored services, standard product return policies do not apply.
2. Cancellations

Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.

Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service.
3. Refunds for Services
Due to the customized nature of our work, all completed services are non-refundable. However, we are committed to ensuring the highest quality, and we offer the following remedies:

If you are not satisfied with the service outcome, please contact us within 7 days of completion.

We will inspect the work and, if necessary, offer a correction or adjustment at no additional cost, at our discretion.
4. Deposits
Certain services may require a deposit to secure your appointment. These deposits are:

Non-refundable if canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice.

Fully transferable if rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
5. Warranty & Quality
We stand by our workmanship. Many of our services include a limited warranty on materials and installation. Please inquire at the time of service for specific coverage terms.
